I live in San Diego with my boyfriend, JS, and dog, Tonks. I work in educational administration and am currently taking classes to get my Masters of Fine Arts in Creative Writing. Then I can be a very well educated starving artist.

I was raised to be a proud member of the Religious Right, and only recently severed the last of those ties. I’m now a proud “hippy-bleeding heart-tie dye wearing-organic food eating-honking for peace” liberal. But I’m still a Christian. I just don’t go to church. Or worship George W. My family is understandably disappointed.

This concept of blogging is still new to me, but I’m loving it more and more each day. I mostly write about important stuff, like Sephora and my dog. Every now and then I’ll write about my faith and relationships, but mostly it’s about the dog. She’s cute, you’d write about her a lot, too.
